Swissvoice’s mission is to combat the isolation of people who are losing their independence by offering them specially adapted telephones. By making it easier for people to communicate with those around them, the company aims to help maintain social and intergenerational links, which are a source of well-being for our elders. Continuing to communicate, feeling surrounded, contributes to the ageing well to which Swissvoice aspires.

Our history

Swissvoice has been part of the ATLINKS group (Alcatel-Swissvoice-Amplicomms) since 2016. The company is an SME with an international dimension that grew out of the Alcatel and Thomson industrial groups. It develops and markets large-scale communication products for both residential and professional use. Customers include mass retailers, electronics retailers, telecoms operators and specialist distributors. Faced with an ageing population, ATLINKS has decided to use its expertise to develop products that adapt to the age of its customers, and to dedicate a quality brand to them, Swissvoice.

Our commitments

Swissvoice designs and develops fixed and mobile telephones adapted to the needs of the elderly or people with reduced autonomy, taking into account their hearing and visual difficulties as well as their dexterity concerns. The format, robustness and ease-of-use of the products meet the essential communication needs of the elderly.

Telephones meet the need of the elderly for independence, so they can stay at home without feeling too isolated. They are also an essential part of the equipment in senior residences and retirement homes, ensuring a constant link with the outside world. To interact on a daily basis is to live. Swissvoice wants to contribute to the ageing well of our elders.
