• Restarting the Application:

Try closing the Whatsapp app completely and restarting it. This may resolve temporary issues.

• Whatsapp Update:

Check the Play Store for an update to the Whatsapp app. Updates can fix bugs and improve stability.

• Sufficient Storage Space:

Make sure your phone has enough storage space. Whatsapp may not function properly if there is not enough space available.

• Check Date and Time Settings:

Make sure your phone’s date and time settings are correct, as Whatsapp uses this information to function properly.

• Reinstall Whatsapp:

If problems persist, consider uninstalling the Whatsapp app and reinstalling it.

• Select Network and Internet
• Select Mobile Network

• Select Wi-Fi Calls

Make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network to benefit from Wi-Fi calls.

It is not possible to deactivate this application.

• Activating Bluetooth on the smartphone:

Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth function is activated. You can activate Bluetooth in your phone’s settings.

• Activating the Swissvoice Bluetooth Wristband:

Turn on the wristband by holding down the button for approximately 8 seconds. This will activate the bracelet’s association mode.

• Accessing the Connected Devices Menu:

In Android mode, tap the Settings icon, then select the Connected Devices. option.

In Simple smartphone mode, go to Settings, then Bluetooth Association.

• Associating a Device:

Choose the Associate a device option. This will launch a search for available Bluetooth devices.

• Confirmation on Mobile Screen:

Your mobile screen will display a message like Associate with Swissvoice AW100?. Accept this request.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully associate the Swissvoice Bluetooth bracelet with your mobile phone.

Yes, you can change the applications that appear on the screen using SIMPLE mode. However, please note that this customisation applies from page number 2 of SIMPLE mode. The first page cannot be changed.

If you want to put, for example, Gallery, WhatsApp and Camera on the screen, follow these steps:

• Down ▼ to Settings.
• In Settings, go to Advanced Settings.
• Select Display and Sound Settings and choose Sort.
• Search for Gallery and press the arrow to the right, then select Number 1.
• Locate WhatsApp, press the arrow to the right, and select Number 2.
• Locate Camera, press the right arrow, and select Number 3.

For other unused apps, you can hide them while leaving Settings and Tools in view.

Finalising the Configuration:

Once the configuration is complete, press the HOME button to view the display you have just set up.

By following these instructions, you will be able to customise the applications displayed on the screen according to your preferences in SIMPLE mode.

Here are the steps to disable the security code on your phone:

1. Go to Android Settings and select the ” Security ” option.
2. On the “ Screen Lock ” menu, press the cogwheel icon on the right.
3. Deactivate the ” Lock instantly with the On/Off button ” function.

1. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your S510. Audio will only be transmitted to the AmpliBase if the Bluetooth connection is active.
2. Update in case of regular disconnection:
   • If you notice that Bluetooth is regularly disabled, this may be due to a software problem.
   • To resolve this issue, we recommend updating your device. To do this, follow these steps:
     • Go to Android Settings (under Advanced Settings)
     • Select About.
     • Choose Update and follow the instructions to install the latest version available.
