First, make sure that the mains adapters are correctly connected to the main base and charger, that the batteries are correctly installed in the handset, and allow them to charge for 15 hours.

• Tone check:

Make sure the handset volume is not set too low. Check that you can hear the dial tone when you pick up the handset. If you do not hear a dial tone, please contact your telephone operator to check the connections with the box, or to see if your box does not need to be configured.

• Checking the connections:

Check that the telephone cord is correctly connected to the telephone and the line, or to the telephone port of the Internet box (Paragraph 3 of the user manual). Also check that the telephone cord is not damaged.

• Testing with another telephone:

Try using another telephone to determine whether the problem is with the telephone or the line.

If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact the customer service department of your telephone service provider for assistance specific to your line and region.

This phone is compatible with fibre router/boxes offering a telephony service.

The answering machine function built into your phone works independently of the voicemail service provided by your telephone operator.

If you wish to use your phone’s integrated answering machine, we recommend that you contact your telephone operator to deactivate the voicemail service it provides.

You can also reduce the number of rings on the integrated answering machine, allowing it to pick up the call before your operator’s voicemail is activated.
